Global presents this 22cm GU-03 Bread Knifeas part of their UKON Knife collection. Created using Cromova 18 stainless steel with a thicker blade for added strength, each blade has an acute 15-degree cutting edge that is 10% sharper, there is also an ambidextrous thumb rest for added comfort.

  Ukon blades are subjected to enhanced grinding and finishing work allowing them to be 10% sharper out of the box.
